Description Job Overview and Responsibilities The Analyst - Catering Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of catering data across United’s systems and tools. This position supports business partners in delivering seamless catering services for flights systemwide through meticulous data management, system administration, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Quality Assurance: Enter, verify, and maintain accurate catering data in United’s management systems, ensuring timely updates with the precision required to support operational excellence System Architecture & Configuration: Design and build system framework and codes to optimize service scheduling and ensure accurate vendor payments across the catering network Data Integrity & Error Resolution: Conduct comprehensive data audits, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues while maintaining the highest standards of data quality Technical Issue Resolution: Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to report, monitor, and resolve technical challenges efficiently Process Improvement: Develop and implement scalable process enhancements that drive operational efficiency and organizational agility Systems Administration: Oversee system setup, maintenance, vendor access management, and corporate compliance requirements Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams and external vendors to support ad-hoc projects and ensure operational accuracy This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field 1+ years of experience in data entry and administrative support for large-scale teams and systems Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and data management capabilities Proven ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Legal authorization to work in India without sponsorship requirements Fluency in English (written and spoken) Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree or specialization in Hospitality, Catering/Food Services, or Airline Industry Experience using AI tools like Copilot, Gemini etc. Technical proficiency in SQL and Python Knowledge of airport or airline catering operations Experience with continuous improvement methodologies Familiarity with enterprise management systems (Oracle, CAE, Coupa, SAP, etc.)
