As an Associate Analytics Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering data and analytics solutions to our clients. You’ll collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams, including sales, delivery consultants, developers, and product owners, to ensure successful outcomes. Work that matters - What you’ll be doing Transform client data into insights: Process and enrich datasets using Experian’s tools, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Enable seamless data flows: Set up and manage secure data transfers across platforms like SFTP, Snowflake, and AWS Support client success: Troubleshoot data issues, answer queries, and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Power BI Contribute to analytics projects: Assist senior consultants with profiling, descriptive analytics, and propensity modelling Drive efficiency and innovation: Help automate processes and improve workflows to reduce manual effort and errors What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian A relevant tertiary qualification in analytics, statistics, marketing, economics, or a related quantitative field Up to 2 years’ experience working with data (internships count) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel); exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS) is a plus Bonus points for experience with Python or R, data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI), or marketing analytics More about you Naturally curious and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and approaches Comfortable taking ownership of tasks while thriving in a collaborative team environment Adaptable and resilient when facing challenges, with a growth mindset Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences Benefits/Perks: Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging Salary - $75,000 to $80,000 per annum + Superannuation Great compensation package and bonus / commission plan Core benefits including Experian shares discount and wellness program Flexible working environment, hybrid model Flexible time off including volunteer time off, personal leaves and paid holidays 17 weeks of Paid Parental Leave, family care leave and up to 5 days study leave Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
