Job Description
This is a remote position.
We’re building a multi-agent operating system that will run intake, processing, communication, and quality workflows across our entire business — eliminating manual work at scale. We need someone who can architect and own that system end-to-end.
Your first objective is simple but critical:
Eliminate manual job intake and build an automated, intelligent workflow system that scales 5–10x.
You will design and deploy a multi-agent architecture that:
Pulls jobs automatically from client systems
Processes and routes tasks intelligently
Communicates with stakeholders
Flags risks and ensures quality
This is not a one-time project — you will own the infrastructure.
What You’ll Build
1. Multi-Agent System Architecture
Design and deploy AI agents using n8n + LLM APIs (e.g., Claude)
Define how agents interact, share data, and make decisions
Integrate across monday.com, Zoho, Gmail, WhatsApp, and other relevant tools
2. Computer-Use Agents
Build browser-based agents to interact with solar portals (DNSPs, STC platforms, etc.)
Automate login, data extraction, submissions, and updates
Handle 2FA via 1Password, email, or SMS workflows
3. AI Knowledge System
Create a retrieval-based system for tech support and operations
Build over SOPs, manuals, and regulatory documentation
Deliver fast, accurate, source-backed answers for the team
4. Intelligent Workflows
Compliance checking and risk flagging
Automated document validation
Pre-filled submissions and communication flows
Post-install automation (notifications, reviews, tracking)
5. Monitoring & Reliability
Build alerting systems and health dashboards
Ensure failures are visible and recoverable
Design for resilience and scale

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
You’re not just technical — you think in systems.
Strong experience in automation architecture, not just scripting
Deep understanding of LLMs, agents, and orchestration
Experience with RAG systems and vector databases
Comfortable building browser-based / computer-use automation
Able to design systems that are scalable and resilient
Strong ownership mindset — you build, maintain, and improve continuously
