JOB TITLE: Associate Attorney - Evictions BUSINESS UNIT: Legal (Full Time) LOCATION: Remote - (must reside in the greater tristate area with ability to appear in various counties in the downstate NY area) TRAVEL REQUIRED: Court Related in designated counties POSITION REPORTS TO: Managing Attorney POSITION TYPE: (FLSA) Full Time - Exempt - Professional PAY RANGE: $80,000 - $100,000 Why Join LOGS? Your Role As an Eviction Associate Attorney, you will: Represent financial institutions in evictions and all related court proceedings Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice What You Bring Licensed to practice law in New York 3+ years of evictions experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered) Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills Detail-oriented, organized, and driven Bonus qualifications: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure Tools & Technology Work with the latest legal tech, including Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based legal platforms Compensation & Benefits Quarterly HSA contributions Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Legal services and telehealth benefits National discount programs Opportunities to grow your practice and expand licensure across states Location & Travel Remote position with requirement to routinely travel to court for appearances.
