Function: Commercial Marketing

Location: New York City (hybrid role, 2 days in office)

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Salary range: $75,000-95,000 USD

What the opportunity looks like:

The ABM will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of brand, trade marketing, and activation initiatives across the WMA portfolio. This role will work closely with Global Brand, Digital & Communications teams to translate global strategy into effective, market‑relevant programs for the Americas.

The ABM will also partner cross‑functionally with Advocacy (SMS/MDS), Gallo, distributor teams, and external agencies to support in‑store merchandising, point‑of‑sale materials, retail programs, and account‑specific initiatives. This role will help ensure brand consistency, operational excellence, and strong execution at the trade level, while providing critical Americas insights to inform broader brand strategy and drive sustainable growth.

Support the Development & Execution of Americas Brand and Trade Plans

  • Support the development and execution of integrated brand and trade marketing plans across the U.S. and Canada,

  • Contribute to market insights, budget tracking, brand guidelines, and marketing resources to ensure alignment with Global brand strategy and consistent execution across teams.

Support Consumer, Trade & PR Programs

  • Support the execution of consumer, trade, PR, media, and influencer programs by coordinating with Brand Managers, agency partners, and Global teams.

  • Manage timelines, budgets, creative assets, approvals, and campaign reporting, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Assist with Consumer-Centric Activations: Events, Advocacy Team, and Partnerships

  • Support the development and execution of brand activations, events, and national partnerships.

  • Providing brand guidelines and marketing resources to Advocacy teams while coordinating activation updates, performance summaries, and key learnings across stakeholders.

Lead Project Management, Agency Coordination & Brand Stewardship

  • Lead end-to-end project management of brand and marketing initiatives, coordinating agency partners, internal stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Ensure projects remain on track, risks are addressed proactively, and all outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Skills and experience that will help you be a success:

For this role we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years of marketing or agency experience, with a bachelor’s degree required.

  • Experience in advertising and digital media, with a strong understanding of marketing execution and tactics.

  • Experience working in a small, growing business, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Commercial awareness, including effective budget management and resource allocation.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work proactively and independently.

  • Proven experience coordinating multiple agencies, managing deliverables, and working toward clear objectives and KPIs.

  • Innovative, creative, and positive thinker who balances creativity with practical, results-driven solutions.
