Summary of Job Description: Associate Brand Manager or Brand Manager, Gastro Marketing Major Responsibilities: Associate Brand Manager (G14-15) *Job grade will be determined depending on experience and qualifications Develop marketing strategy and tactics with guidance and support from Senior Brand Manager Strategically develop and deploy promotional materials and e-detailing initiatives Plan and execute promotional events such as sponsored seminars, stand-alone symposia to drive behavior change among HCPs Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs to develop and execute brand strategies Plan and execute sales force training in collaboration with Cross-IBD team and Learning Excellence team Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation Brand Manager (G16) Manage the launched brand by working closely with brand team members Develop marketing strategy in close collaboration with various stakeholders Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and execute brand strategies Plan and execute promotional events such as sponsored seminars, stand-alone symposia to drive behavior change among HCPs Strategically develop and deploy promotional materials and e-detailing initiatives Plan and execute sales force training in collaboration with Cross-IBD team and Learning Excellence team Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Relevant experience with proven track record of success in marketing within biotech/ pharmaceutical industry on multiple brands and within multiple team constellations Ability to translate strategies into actionable and realistic marketing actions Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross functional teams Proven track record of successful leadership, management and coaching of teams and individuals, and in having developed talent and performance managed low performers Solid working knowledge of healthcare environment and evolving landscape Solid knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing principles and techniques including digital knowledge Solid knowledge on finance principles and processes and English language proficiency verbally and in writing (for all non-English speaking countries) Preferred: • Marketing track record of success within FMCG, Media and/or Digital/IT industry • Sales track record of success within biotech/pharmaceutical or any other industry Essential Skills & Abilities: For Associate Brand Manager More than 1.5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Immunology, OR experience working on pharmaceutical projects in the strategy consulting industry Business-level Japanese Strong interpersonal skills Analytical ability and an innovative mindset For Brand Manager More than 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Immunology, OR experience working on pharmaceutical projects in the strategy consulting industry Business-level Japanese and intermediate-level English Strong interpersonal skills Strong project management skills, multitasking skills Analytical ability and an innovative mindset Education/Experience Required: University degree or above アッヴィは、機会均等を重視する雇用主であり、誠実な企業活動、革新の推進、人々の生活への貢献、そして地域社会への貢献に努めています。雇用機会均等に向けて、障がいを持つ方々も積極的に支援しています。
