Summary of Job Description: Senior Brand Manager, Gastro Marketing Major Responsibilities: Manage launched brand by working closely with brand team members Develop marketing strategy by close collaboration with various stakeholders (in English and Japanese) Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement the strategy Develop promotional materials while mentoring Brand Managers and Associate Brand Managers Plan and execute promotional events such as sponsored seminars, stand-alone symposia while mentoring Brand Managers and Associate Brand Managers Manage budgets related to brand promotion activities Plan and execute trainings for sales force together with Cross IBD team and Learning Excellence team Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation Develop successors by providing appropriate opportunities and experience. Essential Skills & Abilities: More than 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Immunology, OR experience working on pharmaceutical projects in the strategy consulting industry More than 2 years of experience as a people manager Effective communication (in Japanese and English): clear, concise, and persuasive Strong interpersonal skill Strong project management skills, multitasking skills Analytical ability and an innovative mindset Ability to work in matrix / cross-functional environment which includes influence to the people on no direct report line.
