About the role
You will open new accounts for the Company in the US and Latin America. You will prospect, qualify and progress opportunities with mid-market enterprises and smaller wholesale customers (regional ISPs, data centre operators, hosting and cloud providers), selling standard connectivity and on-demand NaaS services.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect into assigned segments and territories through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, events and partner referrals.
- Research target accounts and map decision makers in network, IT, infrastructure and procurement.
- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities: need, budget, timeline and decision process.
- Position standard offers: Global Internet Access / IP Transit, Ethernet, MPLS VPN and on-demand NaaS services (Layer 2, cloud routing, internet on demand).
- Prepare quotes and proposals with presales and pricing teams, and follow opportunities through to signature.
- Hand new customers over to account management after the first order.
- Keep pipeline, activity and forecast up to date in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Meet monthly activity, pipeline and bookings targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in B2B sales, business development or inside sales in telecom, IT, cloud, data centre or SaaS.
- Evidence of meeting or exceeding quota or activity targets.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and a high-activity sales rhythm.
- Basic understanding of connectivity and cloud services, or proven ability to learn technical products quickly.
- Experience with a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- English: B2+ minimum; C1 preferred for US-focused territories (written and spoken; assessed during interviews).
- Spanish: preferred, not required. Portuguese is a plus.
Working conditions
- Full-time, fully dedicated to the Company’s Americas team.
- Home office with reliable high-speed internet.
- Occasional early or late calls with the Company’s teams in Asia and Europe.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of residence.
