About the business area Itmam, a wholly-owned subsidiary, provides banking operational and processing services to all Group sectors, including lending, wealth management, and ATM services. Integrated into the Group Business Services (GBS) organizational structure, Itmam operates under its own Board of Directors, comprising Group executive staff members. Its structure includes a General Manager overseeing five key operational service divisions: Consumer Operations, Corporate & Investment Banking Operations, Customer Contact Services, Treasury and Syndication Operations, and Shared Services and Operations Management. Notably, "Tamooha," the Group's award-winning operations centre initiative, is staffed exclusively by UAE national women. In this role, your key responsibilities include: Transaction Processing: Retrieve applicable transaction files and mandates from card schemes portal and process transactions in in-house systems to generate the output file for daily debit card transaction posting, upload outgoing files to card schemes for realisation, transfer data to external processor via secured methodology and provide data to support various operational activities within the agreed time frame in order to meet internal and external customer requirements with no financial loss to Bank. Statistics and Management Information Systems (MIS) Reporting: Obtain accurate data from internal and external sources in order to analyse, prepare and submit statistics for management review on the debit and credit cards portfolio for both issuing and acquiring activities on time. Input data and maintain accuracy of all records in databases, spread sheets/or other tracking software systems in order to produce the MIS to support the management team for multiple business analysis. Provide data to card operations in order to create various reports on card schemes and regulatory bodies within time and to evaluate performance Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have the following experience Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of work experience with 2 years in card operations with good understanding of card management systems.
