The Job
We’re seeking a Capital Markets associate to support the whole loan sales and securitization process. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Capital Markets, treasury and accounting to execute transactions and ensure all aspects of internal and external reporting are correct. This role is ideal for a capital markets professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and can manage several projects/priorities at a time.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing securitization materials such as loan tapes, performance data, marketing presentations
- Support transaction activities such as facilitating documentation, working with rating agencies, banks and investors
- Respond to investor questions/inquiries
- Assist with ad hoc transactions for investors such as transfers or financings
- Prepare, reconcile and deliver monthly reporting for securitizations and/or whole loan investors
- Prepare monthly performance data for internal and external use
- Primary contact for investors regarding reporting
- Automate daily/weekly/monthly processes as much as possible
- Ad hod support of other Capital Markets transactions (generating loan tapes, performance analysis, etc.)
Requirements-Development & Expertise
- 2-4 years of experience in consumer lending, FinTech, or financial services.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Strong analytical skillset

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across Finance, Risk, Accounting, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
