Salary:

$21,000 - $27,500 MXN monthly gross (depending on experience)

In a nutshell //

This role will be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile and will be a full-time remote position, reporting to the Manager of Client Management. As an Associate Client Manager, you will enjoy some cool perks while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The Associate Client Manager will manage relationships with a broad segment of Symphonic's prospective and existing artist and label clients across various genres and sub-genres. Because this role carries a higher volume of clients, much of the work centers on responsive, day-to-day support—resolving a steady stream of client tickets and questions efficiently and reliably. At the same time, you'll identify where sustained, proactive outreach makes strategic sense, and you'll take the initiative to check in with and jump on calls with key clients to strengthen those relationships and support their priority releases. You'll understand the marketing process well enough to guide clients through basic release strategy. The ideal candidate balances the efficiency needed to manage a high-volume workload with the instinct to know when a client relationship deserves a more hands-on, proactive touch—all while staying connected to the artists and music that make the work worthwhile.

What you will do //

  • Nurture healthy and productive relationships with prospective and existing artist and label clients, and act as primary contact.
  • Work in Zendesk to track client contact and measure specific SLAs
  • Organize communication with clients and act as an internal go-between among internal staff.
  • Collaborate with Symphonic’s global team to plan and implement form-fitting release marketing strategies.
  • Manage the daily logistics of release management (metadata standards, production, ingestion, take-downs, etc.)
  • Plan, manage, and analyze the financial success of our client relationships (budget creation, tracking, and sales/streaming revenue analysis)
  • Anticipate problems and implement communication and tactical strategies to
    solve them.
  • Assist in Corporate and Client Marketing meetings to help the business develop and pitch new clients.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

What you need to have //

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Music or a business-related field, or 2 years of relevant experience working in a key client relationship role at a record label, distributor, artist management company, publisher,
    agency, or DSP.
  • Proven success in developing emerging artists or labels. Proven deep relationships or roots in the music industry community.
