Associate Consultant @Darwin

Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Delivery team at Darwin Services, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Cluj. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. You will join a cross-functional delivery team focused on implementing tailored solutions for global clients using the Darwin Delivery Method (DDM). The role offers hands-on experience in requirements scoping, configuration, testing, and stakeholder management while collaborating with experienced consultants and project managers. We will count on you to: Support and facilitate project workshops (remote and onsite) to capture client needs and benefit structures. Scope, design, and document requirements in line with the Darwin Delivery Method and assist Project Managers with planning, risk, and issue tracking. Collaborate with Configuration and QA teams to implement solutions and support clients during User Acceptance Testing. Prepare and validate client data ahead of launches and identify process improvements to drive efficiency. Work with your Squad (Technical) Lead to prioritize workload and keep stakeholders informed. What you need to have: Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into clear, well-scoped requirements with an understanding of technical concepts. Strong verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships. Previous internships or experience in consulting, project delivery, or client-facing roles, ideally within technology or service industries; degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
