What will you be doing: Offer technical support to German-speaking clientele through telephonic communication and electronic correspondence. Diagnose technical problems and deliver effective resolutions to end-users. Elevate intricate technical matters to higher-level IT personnel to guarantee expedient resolution. Record, monitor, and systematically arrange calls and service tickets to adhere to established service level agreements.
