Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Non Financial Risk Management (NFRM) This Consultant role supports a Large Global Insurance Company in delivering its global Non Financial Risk Management (NFRM) framework, specifically for Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) and Control Testing. Consultants operate as hands on delivery analysts responsible for executing standardized tasks like sample testing, evidence validation, documentation, and tracker upkeep. This role is ideal for junior professionals building foundational capabilities in Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Controls. Responsibilities 1. Control Testing – Execution Assist in test planning by extracting control populations and preparing scoping sheets. Send and track evidence requests with control owners using standardized workflows. Perform sample-based control testing, validating approvals, logs, reconciliations, and system evidence. Execute design and operating effectiveness testing using pre defined scripts. Document results clearly in client-standard templates. Prepare draft working papers for review by senior testers/SMEs. Update remediation logs, open issues registers, and dashboard inputs.
