While we support a hybrid and remote workforce, some roles may require periodic in-office presence based on team needs, collaboration requirements, or client work. We aim to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person connection and collaboration. We are currently looking for an Associate Creative Director, Digital, Expression to join us. In this role, you will take on: Lead Digital Experiences: Lead the development of digital products, platforms, and experiences, ensuring creative excellence, usability, and strategic alignment across every touchpoint. Shape Connected Journeys: Create seamless customer experiences by connecting brand, content, UX, and technology into cohesive digital ecosystems. Translate Strategy into Experience: Turn business objectives and brand strategy into intuitive, engaging digital solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for users and organizations. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with strategists, designers, writers, developers, and clients to bring integrated digital experiences to life. Elevate Systems Thinking: Build and evolve scalable digital systems, interaction patterns, and experience frameworks that create consistency while enabling innovation. Guide Teams & Talent: Mentor colleagues through feedback, coaching, and direction, helping teams grow their digital skills and understanding. Champion Innovation & Optimization: Foster a culture of experimentation, leveraging emerging technologies, user insights, and performance data to continuously improve digital experiences. Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
