About the Role:
WK’s HCP Solutions Division is seeking an Associate Director of Sales, Education and Special Projects to join our team. This strategic role focuses on expanding WK’s commercial footprint within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Health Tech sectors via managing the team for consultative selling of our Education and Special products.
You will engage with organizations across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, and healthcare services, helping them to drive therapeutic education, improve patient and provider engagement, and enable data-driven growth utilizing WK’s products.
Responsibilities:
• Drive strategic growth for both domestic and international business by developing the strategy behind new educational offerings.
• Advise clients on how to leverage WK’s products to enhance provider collaboration and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GxP, etc.).
• Lead, manage, hire and develop a sales team to deliver upon sales targets and international expansion.
• Collaborate with WK stakeholders (publishing, marketing, product divisions) to identify opportunities to grow product offerings for our customers.
• Develop sales team to deliver compelling sales presentations and solution demonstrations aligned to client business and commercial objectives.
• Manage and influence the complete sales cycle, ensuring a seamless transition from strategy through implementation.
• Build long-term strategic relationships within the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem to support sustained growth.
• Work cross-functionally with WK delivery, advisory, and marketing teams to develop industry-specific go-to-market strategies
• Ensure team maintains an accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting aligned with company goals and sales targets.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in digital health, HCP engagement, data interoperability, and life sciences compliance to position WK as a trusted thought leader.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
• 15+ years of sales executive experience, preferably within a healthcare environment and 10+ years of experience managing a P&L
• Proven experience selling solutions into Pharma and Med Device/Life Science customers

•Demonstrated success in developing and selling new solutions in new and emerging markets
•Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
• Familiarity with life sciences and healthcare business processes and regulations
, such as clinical operations, HCP engagement, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional consultative selling and strategic solutioning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with experience engaging executive-level audiences.
• Collaborative and coaching leadership style; thrives in a “win as a team” environment.
• Provides leadership and guidance to managers, supervisors and/or senior professionals based on organizational goals and company policy
• Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related departments or areas
• Develops departmental plans and determines objective-oriented assignments
• Establishes operating policies and procedural plans, including business and operational priorities, methodologies and standards.
• Work Is reviewed in terms of meeting objectives, timelines and quality standards
• Typically accountable for a staff function, organizational unit or small division of the company

Compensation:
$122,300.00 - $218,550.00 USDThis role is eligible for Commission.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
