General Description: The Associate Director of Digital Execution will support the marketing brand lead with digital and non-personal promotion (NPP) strategy execution, spanning omnichannel media, content development, congress NPP, and evolving content innovation. The role requires deep cross-functional collaboration and manages the HCP media agency relationship and budget. A strong background in digital marketing in the pharmaceutical industry is required. Essential Functions of the Job: Strategy Development and Content Creation Develop and execute comprehensive digital and NPP strategy for BRUKINSA that aligns to overall brand strategy and hematology franchise priorities Lead the content development and segmented execution of campaign messages and tactics through relevant digital channels, including websites, display banners, social media, NPP emails, paid search, and custom digital activations Guide channel strategy, NPP target list prioritization, and content tailoring across the customer journey Represent all digital materials submitted to the internal promotional review committee, ensuring final materials meet business objectives while also meeting regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements Campaign Management Lead end-to-end planning, development, and execution of digital and NPP campaigns across display, social media, email, paid search, eHR/POC, and custom digital programs, and website Monitor and analyze campaign performance with business analytics team and media partners, providing insights and recommendations for optimization Lead annual operating plan (AOP) process for brand digital and NPP media, translating brand plans into media strategy, reviewing ROI models and analysis, and approving tactical recommendations within the allocated budget Collaboration and Communication In collaboration with Digital Strategy and Enablement, Global Technology Solutions, and Advanced Analytics teams, identify and leverage digital opportunities to enhance brand presence and drive growth Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coverage and dissemination of key data publications Communicate digital and NPP plans and results to key stakeholders. Serve as digital lead in priority organization workstreams as needed Budget Management Manage the digital marketing budget for the Brukinsa brand, including contract review, invoice review and approval, budget reconciliation, and phasing management Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI Preferred Qualifications: BS/BA with at least 5 years of digital marketing, including in the pharmaceutical industry Must have led creation of brand media/digital strategy and execution plans with experience in developing and executing campaigns that adhere to FDA promotional guidelines Experience with marketing technology platforms including Veeva, media management/reporting tools, content tagging/taxonomy systems (e.g., Claravine), and AI-enabled content or omnichannel orchestration tools Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field MBA or advanced degree preferred Supervisory Responsibilities: No, however, it will require significant agency management, and cross-functional team leadership Computer Skills: PC, Microsoft Office Travel: 10-15% Global Competencies When we exhibit our values of Patients First, Driving Excellence, Bold Ingenuity and Collaborative Spirit, through our twelve global competencies below, we help get more affordable medicines to more patients around the world.
