Associate Director - Salesforce
We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Program & Delivery Leader to manage enterprise technology programs, client relationships, internal stakeholders, delivery teams, and financial performance.
· Who You Are:
Lead end-to-end technology programs across implementation, transformation, enhancement, and support.
Manage client stakeholders, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.
Manage P&L/financial performance, budgets, revenue, costs, margins, utilization, and forecasting.
Drive project planning, resource management, delivery governance, risks, issues, and escalations.
Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating business requirements into technology solutions.
Lead Agile delivery, release management, production support, and continuous improvement.
Manage SLAs, KPIs, service performance, incidents, changes, and operational governance.
Lead client governance meetings, steering committees, executive reviews, and status reporting.
Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, HR, Architecture, and Technology leadership.
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and business value creation.
Required Experience
15+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in technology delivery, program management, application management, or client-facing leadership roles.
Strong techno-functional and enterprise application experience.
Proven experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
Experience managing P&L/financials, budgets, utilization, and forecasting.
Strong Agile, SDLC, release, incident, problem, and change-management knowledge.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and executive reporting skills
Good to Have
Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
Experience in managed services / AMS.
