The Associate Director will bring strategic vision, focus and innovation to enable future growth in a competitive market. The Associate Director is mainly responsible for dealing with prospective student enrolments through international student recruitment from Agents across Vietnam. Dealing with student recruitment is expected once general inquiries or initial applications are made via Agents. As such, they are responsible for finding ways to explore new markets and bring in revenue, and/or develop new revenue streams. The Associate Director primarily engages in sales and marketing activities and should have a solid understanding of industry trends, to inform upon strategic planning and forecasting. They must be able to prioritize the opportunities that are the most likely to generate a profit. The role centrally involves identifying new business opportunities in existing and new markets, as well as liaising with high profile clients, and managing both students’ and agents’ expectations in line with deliverables. Requirements Must have experience in student recruitment for US institutions either directly or through agency. Minimum of a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, is required Considerable experience working in the education sector; specifically in Colleges and Universities Should have experience in preparing strategies to acquire business in new regions and to develop business in existing regions Experience working with B2B Education Agent partnerships.
