The Role

Your role
As a Global HR Business Partner, you will shape and deliver people strategy for a global area of responsibility. This role focuses on partnering with global leaders and HR centers of excellence across Kyndryl to translate business priorities into clear, actionable HR solutions. Success is measured through effective execution of global initiatives, informed guidance on complex people matters, and consistent outcomes across multiple countries.

What you will do

• Own and drive the people strategy for a defined global scope, aligned to business goals and operating priorities

• Partner with global leaders and leadership teams to design and deliver HR solutions that support business performance and employee engagement

• Collaborate with country HR teams and HR centers of excellence to ensure consistent execution of global programs

• Provide expert guidance on complex HR matters using best practices applied across multiple countries

• Advise HR centers of excellence on global initiatives across talent, learning, diversity, strategic workforce planning, and total rewards

• Use workforce insights and trends to inform decisions and recommend practical actions

• Support leaders through change by clarifying impacts, required actions, and expected outcomes

• Ensure global HR practices are applied consistently while respecting local requirements

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting global or multi country organizations

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people actions

• Experience working across multiple HR disciplines including talent, learning, workforce planning, and rewards

• Demonstrated ability to advise on complex employee and organizational issues with clear recommendations

• Experience collaborating with HR centers of excellence and country HR teams

• Strong capability to apply best practices consistently across different geographies

• Experience using workforce data or insights to inform decisions

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience supporting large scale global transformation or change initiatives

• Familiarity with employment practices across multiple countries or regions

• Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $124,920 to $237,480 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California (San Francisco Bay Area): $149,880 to $284,880

California (All Other): $137,400 to $261,120

Colorado: $124,920 to $237,480

Massachusetts: $124,920 to $261,120

New York City: $149,880 to $284,880

Washington: $137,400 to $261,120

Washington DC: $137,400 to $261,120

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
