Associate Director Network Access

As the Associate Director, Network Access, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering market-leading connectivity solutions across a range of network technologies including Optus fibre and fixed wireless networks, NBN and other third-party access networks. What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of: Define and lead delivery of Optus Enterprise & Business Products fixed network access strategy, roadmap, requirements and operations – developing and delivering key initiatives across Optus fibre and fixed wireless networks, NBN, Telstra Wholesale and third-party access networks Collaborate closely with network access partners and internally with Optus Regulatory, Delivery, Networks, IT, Finance and Consumer teams to drive cross-functional alignment and successful execution of strategic priorities and operations for fixed network access products Lead initiatives focused on improving product economics and commercial outcomes through network access optimisation, strategic cost management and invoice validation Identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and industry developments to inform future network access strategy and maintain a competitive advantage What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role? Proven experience in fixed network access technologies, product strategy, delivery, lifecycle management and operations. Strong executive presence with excellent collaborator management and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership capability to build and drive a high-performing product team.
