This role leads two complementary domains: the Center's external relationships — corporate partners, alumni, Advisory Board members, and institutional stakeholders — and the Center's operational infrastructure, ensuring that the institution runs effectively, compliantly, and at a standard befitting its ambitions. This position also works in close collaboration with the Director for Programs and Student Experience, the Marketing and Communications department, in the development and execution of marketing materials. This role directly contributes to the University’s mission by managing strategic external relationships with corporate leaders and practitioners to fuel student-facing programming (such as treks, seminars, and internships) while collaborating with internal program and communication peers to translate partner updates and alumni stories into impactful content. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years of experience with business development, institutional relations, client management, consulting, or a related field relevant to the private sector. Exposure to public sector, policy, or government environments, whether through work experience, graduate study, or sustained professional engagement. Demonstrated track record of building and managing senior-level external relationships that generate tangible programmatic, financial, or institutional outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft compelling partner pitches, board briefings, and executive-facing materials. Strong organizational and process management skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain operational systems in a complex institutional environment. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Experience with AI tools highly desirable.
