Requirements Associate Director, Recruitment and Admissions, M.S. in Global Real Assets (GRA)| McDonough School of Business - Georgetown University The Associate Director, Recruitment and Admissions, GRA at Georgetown McDonough manages all activities related to recruitment and admissions for the full-time, in-person Master of Science in Global Real Assets (GRA) program to ensure that we meet enrollment goals. The Associate Director is also part of the data analytics and automation team, which works on data and automation strategies for all programs within the Graduate & Executive Degree Programs Admissions portfolio. Duties include but are not limited to: Developing and executing, recruitment, events and admissions plans for the GRA program in order to recruit high quality potential students. Supporting all aspects of GRA recruiting outreach including managing and executing the lead and applicant journey (answering all emails, telephone calls, and walk-in inquiries) and creating and implementing all procedures for recruitment outreach and follow-up with prospects. Ensuring that all marketing content materials (both printed and online) are up to date and factually represent GRA program goals. Creating the email communication strategy and writing/sending emails within our marketing automation platform. Reviewing and analyzing all applications received for the GRA program, and communicating with candidates and the Admissions Committee as relevant. Planning recruiting events such as on and off campus and online information sessions, and traveling to represent MSB at recruiting fairs (domestically/internationally). Acting as a liaison to other departmental units within the University such as the Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Services. The Associate Director will assist the Associate Dean with the preparation of data collection for recruitment forecasting. Working with other members of the internal data analytics team, the Associate Director will develop and implement automation strategies for all programs within the Graduate & Executive Degree Programs Admissions portfolio. Work Interactions This position reports directly to the Assistant Dean, Graduate & Executive Degree Programs Admissions for recruitment, admissions, and marketing tasks related to the GRA program. This position will also have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Associate Director of Data Analytics for automation and data analytics responsibilities. The position also supervises two student ambassadors. This position also interacts on an ongoing basis with prospective and enrolling students by providing information in a professional and persuasive manner. The Associate Director will work closely with the Director of the Steers Center of Global Real Estate to plan outreach strategies and events. The Associate Director will also coordinate with various other Georgetown University offices, such as Student Financial Services, Student Accounts, and executive degree program staff. He/she will manage outside vendors for contracts (e.g., catering). It is essential that this individual be professional and knowledgeable about GRA and all MSB offerings to best guide prospects during their exploratory journey.
