We are currently seeking an Associate Director of Development for Gurnick Academy. This is a remote position with travel throughout the US. This activity includes six key areas of focus: Assessment of existing relationships (capacity, utilization, and modality growth) Creation of Marketing Campaigns and Implementation (with the guidance of the Marketing Director) Market research of other geographic regions including the impact of programmatic, state, and federal compliance requirements Compiling and entry of new site targets into the CRM – Zoho and SugarCRM (or similar database) and other lead list investigation Reporting of ongoing pipeline development of clinical relationships Working with all imaging program heads and Regional Director of Development, to create an annual plan of site acquisition to meet new imaging clinical growth objectives The position will be responsible for identifying, directing, and overseeing clinical growth opportunities for all of Gurnick’s distance education imaging programs. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or at least two years related sales and marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 5 years of imaging technologist experience 2 years of sales management/business development experience Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word &/or Google Suites CRM expertise Knowledge of multiple imaging modalities and certification through the ARRT and/or NMTCB.
