Associate Director - Restructuring

As an Associate Director in our Indonesia Restructuring practice, you’ll lead complex engagements, act as a trusted adviser to clients, and play a key role in growing and shaping the practice. This is an opportunity for experienced restructuring professionals who want senior responsibility, client ownership, and a clear pathway to partnership within a collaborative, high‑performance environment. What you’ll be doing Lead the design and delivery of restructuring and turnaround strategies across a range of industries Manage multiple engagements and workstreams, ensuring quality, timeliness and strong commercial outcomes Act as a primary client contact, building trusted adviser relationships with senior stakeholders Oversee financial analysis, scenario modelling and option evaluation to support strategic decision‑making Guide clients through complex solutions including distressed asset sales, capital restructures, and debt or equity raisings Lead pitch development, proposals and client presentations Actively contribute to business development, identifying opportunities and expanding client relationships Lead, coach and develop Managers and junior team members Support practice‑wide initiatives and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the Restructuring practice 6–8 years’ experience in restructuring, corporate finance, consulting or a related advisory environment Strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking capability Proven experience managing client relationships and complex engagements Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills Confident communicator with strong presentation and written skills A collaborative leadership style and genuine interest in developing others Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline Professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent) strongly preferred Indonesian residency and working rights required Join KordaMentha — Where Your Growth Is Our Priority We don’t just hire talent; we invest in it - with support that accelerates your success in every way Why Join Us?
