The Associate Director – Salesforce Alliances & Business is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances within the Salesforce ecosystem. In this position, the individual will identify, build, and nurture partnerships with Salesforce and related technology partners to drive joint business growth and market expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating alliance plans, coordinating go-to-market initiatives, collaborating with sales teams on joint opportunities, and monitoring performance against partnership goals. The role also involves conducting business planning, aligning partner strategies with company objectives, and supporting executive stakeholders with regular reporting and insights. The Associate Director will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure that alliances translate into measurable revenue, pipeline, and customer value.
Salary
15 Million JPY/Year
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances to build and manage high-impact relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- 12-18 years of experience in Enterprise Consulting, Strategic Sales, Alliance Management, or Business Development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Strategic Partnerships and Sales to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, pipeline generation, and revenue growth with key partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business Planning to develop partnership strategies, forecast growth, and align alliance activities with organizational objectives.
- Proven experience in Salesforce-related partnership management, channel or alliance leadership, or business development in the technology sector is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-cultural setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in Salesforce or partnership management are an advantage.
- Comfort with data-driven decision making, including analyzing partnership performance metrics and preparing executive-level reports.
