Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout, adoption, and governance of scalable Data, Artificial Intelligence, and analytics products across global markets.
- Develop advanced analytics product roadmaps spanning concept, engineering, launch, adoption, security, compliance, and business process change.
- Evaluate, prototype, and scale next-generation solutions through proofs of concept, minimum viable products, and reusable frameworks.
- Modernize platforms using cloud-native architectures, application programming interfaces, data products, semantic layers, and intelligent automation.
- Establish engineering standards, governance, and reusable components across data, analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and integration platforms.
- Drive operational excellence across enterprise platforms through automation, monitoring, lifecycle management, and scalable self-service capabilities.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to define technology strategies, modernization roadmaps, and secure, compliant, scalable architectures.
- Scale emerging Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions into responsible, governed, enterprise-grade products.
- Align business, technology, executive, and vendor stakeholders around investments, roadmaps, risks, governance, and measurable value.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while strengthening capabilities across Artificial Intelligence, data, analytics, and cloud technologies.
Essential Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in data and analytics, artificial intelligence, product engineering, or digital technology leadership.
- Proven success delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and Generative Artificial Intelligence products through adoption.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, data scientists, and product managers within matrix organizations.
- Expertise in cloud platforms, data engineering, machine learning operations, and modern data and analytics ecosystems.
- Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms, including AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated experience modernizing platforms using cloud-native architectures, data products, application programming interfaces, and self-service capabilities.
- Strong track record in rapid prototyping, minimum viable product development, and scaling innovative solutions into production environments.
- Experience managing complex programs, strategic vendors, technology investments, and senior stakeholder relationships.
Desirable Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or commercial analytics environments.
