Associate – Graphic Design

How You'll Make an Impact We are looking for a creative and proactive Associate – Graphic Design to bring BPS’s brand, campaigns, and key messages to life through engaging and consistent visual content. In this role, you will create and adapt visual materials across a range of digital and physical platforms, from marketing campaigns and presentations to corporate communications and branded materials. You will work closely with teams across the business to understand their needs, develop practical and creative design solutions, and ensure everything we produce is polished, consistent, and aligned with BPS’s brand guidelines. You will also help develop and improve templates and design assets that can be easily reused across the organization, helping us build a strong and recognizable visual identity as BPS continues to grow. What You'll Do Campaign Design & Visual Content Create graphics and other visual materials for social media, websites, presentations, events, print, and marketing campaigns Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats Review campaign and social media performance to understand what works and adjust designs accordingly Assist with design requests and deliver materials within agreed deadlines Create motion graphics and produce video content for marketing and communication initiatives Photography & Video Content Take photos and videos at company events, activities, interviews, and other key moments Edit photos and videos for use across social media, websites, presentations, and internal and external communications Create short-form video content for social media and digital campaigns Organize and maintain BPS’s library of photos, videos, and other visual assets Brand Identity & Consistency Ensure all designs follow BPS’s brand guidelines, including fonts, layouts, colours, imagery, and logos Maintain and update brand guidelines, templates, and design standards as needed Review materials produced across the business to ensure the BPS brand is applied correctly and consistently Digital & Presentation Design Design layouts for web pages, presentations, digital communications, and other company materials Create and maintain templates, presentation master slides, and other reusable design assets Review existing materials and improve their layout, readability, and overall design. What We're Looking For Professional & Technical Strengths Experience in graphic design, visual design, or brand design, ideally within a marketing or communications team Portfolio showing a range of work across digital, social media, print, presentations, and other formats Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and/or Figma Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy Photography and videography skills, from concept through editing and final delivery Leadership & Interpersonal Strengths Ability to collaborate with multicultural and geographically distributed teams High degree of autonomy and accountability (we operate within a hybrid work environment) Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, comfortable working in fast-moving environments where things evolve quickly Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver consistently in high-volume environments Highly organized and detail-oriented, always ensuring accuracy and structure Nice to Have Experience with motion graphics and video editing is an advantage Prior experience or exposure to the technology, energy, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage Fluency in French What the Recruitment Process Looks Like Step 1 - Application Review : Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application to evaluate your experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role. Step 4 - HR & Culture Fit Interview : At this stage, you will meet with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, motivations, and potential fit within the Step 5 - Technical Excellence Interview : In the final stage, you will interview with the Hiring team to further assess your technical expertise and overall fit for the role, and to ensure alignment on expectations from both sides.
