The Role: As a Associate Graphic & Motion Designer at MyPrize, you’ll be an important part of bringing our brand to life visually. Reporting to the Senior Brand Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to support the creation of engaging, high-quality visual content across a variety of touchpoints. This is a hands-on role designed for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll work on everything from social content to product visuals, gaining exposure to both motion and graphic design while developing your craft in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. What you will do at MyPrize: Support Creative Production: Assist in creating polished, brand-focused videos and 2D (and occasionally 3D) animations across marketing and product initiatives. Design Across Touchpoints: Contribute to marketing, social, and product projects helping ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience everywhere. Bring the Brand to Life: Help enhance MyPrize’s visual identity through thoughtful motion and graphic design execution. Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams while learning from senior designers and contributing ideas. Apply Brand Systems: Follow and apply brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual outputs. Iterate and Improve: Take feedback openly, refine work quickly, and continuously improve both speed and quality of execution. Stay Curious: Explore new tools, techniques, and styles to help keep the brand feeling fresh and relevant. What you bring to MyPrize: 1+ year of experience in motion design, graphic design, or a related role. A portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals in design and/or motion. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Figma. Basic understanding of motion design principles, pacing, storytelling, and composition. Strong attention to detail with a desire to create polished, professional visuals. Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. A collaborative, team-player mindset with a positive attitude. Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Passion, curiosity, and energy to create fresh, engaging visuals. Gold Stars: Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya. Familiarity with Rive.app. Interest or experience in gaming, casino, or financial markets. Personal projects or experiments that show initiative and creativity.
