Essential Functions and Primary Duties Partner with leaders to support people actions aligned to business objectives Translate business needs into HR actions and recommendations with guidance from HR leadership Support core talent processes including performance management, workforce planning, and succession activities Provide day‑to‑day employee relations guidance and escalate complex matters appropriately Analyze and surface workforce trends, risks, and opportunities related to engagement, retention, and performance Contribute to organizational effectiveness discussions including role clarity, onboarding effectiveness, and team structure Support execution of recruitment, onboarding, and HR programs with increasing independence Ensure ongoing compliance with HR policies and employment regulations Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred SHRM-CP or PHR preferred Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of progressive HR experience with a generalist foundation Emerging consulting and influencing skills Strong communication and relationship building capability Analytical thinking and ability to surface workforce insights Ability to translate business needs into HR actions Proficiency with HR systems and workforce data tools
