We're growing our network of Associate Learning Experience Consultants to support client projects across Canada and internationally. This is an opportunity for experienced facilitators, instructional designers, HR professionals, organizational development practitioners, and learning specialists who enjoy working collaboratively while maintaining the flexibility of independent consulting.

About the Role

As an Associate Learning Experience Consultant, you'll collaborate with our consulting team to design and deliver learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and tailored to each client's unique needs.

Projects may include:

• Leadership development programs
• Manager and supervisor training
• HR and workplace education
• Organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Change management learning
• Team development workshops
• Executive coaching programs
• Professional skills development
• Custom learning resources and toolkits

Assignments vary in scope and may involve instructional design, facilitation, consulting, coaching, or a combination of these.

Depending on your expertise, you may:

· Design engaging instructor-led, virtual, blended, or self-paced learning experiences

· Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, presentations, and learning resources

· Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops

· Customize learning programs for specific client needs

· Work with subject matter experts to develop new learning content

· Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements

· Contribute ideas that expand Kairos’ learning portfolio

Experience with one or more of the following is considered an asset:

• Articulate Rise
• Articulate Storyline
• Canva
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Microsoft Teams or Zoom
• AI tools including ChatGPT, Copilot, HeyGen, or Synthesia

As an Associate Learning Experience Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Compensation typically ranges from CAD $45–$75 per hour (or equivalent based on local market norms) and is determined by the consultant's experience, facilitation expertise, instructional design capabilities, project scope, and client requirements.
