Job Summary
As a Master Data Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, consistency, and governance of key business data across enterprise systems. You will serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring master data supports operational excellence, business continuity, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Master Data Management
- Animate the process between DBS and Business Units to Create, maintain, modify, and validate master data records across multiple domains, including:
- Vendor Master
- Material Master
- Customer Master
- Bills of Material (BOM)
- Purchasing and Supply Chain data
- Be the expert and champion of Master Data Processes for the BU
Data Quality & Governance
- Conduct routine audits and quality reviews of master data.
- Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
- Support data cleansing initiatives and corrective action plans.
Business Partnership
- Serve as the first point of contact for master data inquiries and issue resolution and serve as a liaison with the DBS Master Data teams
- Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and IT teams on data-related activities.
- Provide guidance and training on data standards, processes, and best practices.
- Support new product launches, product lifecycle activities, and business transformation initiatives.
Systems & Projects
- Support ERP maintenance and enhancement activities.
- Participate in data migration, testing, system upgrades, and implementation projects.
- Assist with automation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline master data processes.
- Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards related to data quality and operational performance.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, and data governance.
- Recommend process enhancements and support implementation of best practices.
- Contribute to operational excellence programs and transformation initiatives.
The salary range for this position is $76,000-126,000K USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. About You
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable them to excel in this position. The following qualifications outline what we’re looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance Operations, or a related business function.
- Experience with Danone Master Data systems and processes
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting data governance, data quality, or business process improvement initiatives preferred.
