This position utilizes technologies such as Cisco IOS, Cisco Prime, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ISE, Firewalls, NetBrain, SolarWinds, and Wireless Flex Connect. Additionally, this role requires demonstrated competence in LAN/WAN technologies, EIGRP, OSPF, Spanning Tree, and SDN (Software Defined Networking). In addition, this position coordinates cross-functional teams for the deployment and support of physical and virtual network infrastructure. Additionally, this role manages Enterprise Network projects, including building new sites or converting/rebuilding acquired sites. Ensures the successful delivery and support of network services through effective coordination and management. Shares technical and non-technical knowledge with team members to improve skills and build team cohesiveness. Submits status reports to the team manager and provides verbal updates during team meetings. Pursues personal development through certifications, training, or conferences relevant to the current role. Adheres to change management policies by documenting and representing complex changes in weekly meetings. Completes incidents and requests in accordance with organizational requirements and specified SLT and SLA standards. Participates in business planning meetings to recommend cost-effective network solutions that meet capacity, scalability, and performance requirements. Documents administrative items, projects, and support issues for reference by team members, other teams, and management. Provides network support for the deployment of infrastructure network topology, processes, and reports, and resolves application connectivity, security, and system configuration issues. Supports the Enterprise Network Analyst Team in coordinating and deploying network-related projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Performs network administration tasks, including installation, configuration, onboarding of devices, and implementation of maintenance processes. Assists in developing project plans for scheduled refresh and network version upgrades, maintaining records of hardware inventory, software licensing, and handling RMA returns. Manages and participates in monitoring, optimization, and diagnosis of deployed network systems, providing documentation for root cause analysis and proposing resolution options. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven skills in both verbal and written communication. [Required] Ability to understand and implement LAN/WAN networks including topics such as OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching, subnetting, DHCP pools, and Ethernet. [Required] Experience with Wireless Controllers, Access Points, and management systems [Required] Technical writing skills. [Preferred] Proven skill in Project management of Network related projects.
