How You Will Make an Impact This position will be responsible for providing analytics support and recommendations to senior leadership regarding various initiatives, related to formulary rebate and pharmacy network optimization strategies Develop tools and processes to monitor revenue performance and implement necessary tasks to bring performance to or above targets Create and implement metrics and measures to establish performance objectives for revenue maximization Collaborate with business partners to understand goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analyses, data reports and performance metrics Design and maintain policy and procedures supporting overall compliance including; contract, state/regulatory requirements Leverage technology expertise to engage across the enterprise to identify and implement opportunities for automation through artificial intelligence Required Experience Degree in Business, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or other related area or equivalent work-related experience Must have 3+ years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience Must be able to understand and evaluate risk Experience with supporting and managing contractual guarantees 1+ years’ experience with modeling and data management Advanced SQL, DB Visualizer and Excel skills required Tableau/ Power Bi experience a plus Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a high degree of mathematical aptitude Excellent written and oral communication skills Attention to detail Ability to interact with senior management and key business users Demonstrated ability to multi-task Join SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities. Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. New Jersey: The expected base salary for the position is between 95000 USD to 105000 USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between 95000 USD to 105000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
