Responsible for helping teams identify broad opportunities to validate and transform existing business processes and design new processes when needed. This position identifies, analyzes, documents, catalogs, and communicates processes needed to support the efficient use of a new product or service line. Additionally, this role tackles both emerging and current business issues and drives change and innovation within the organization. In addition, this position participates in all major process decisions made by the departmental/cross-functional teams and coordinates completion of workflow analysis and design. Supports the implementation of organizational change management plans including the change impact, leadership alignment, communication, and training plans, the employee impact and retention plan, stakeholder engagement plan, and resistance mitigation plan.
Analyze and Design current and future state processes and identify appropriate gap analysis.
Utilize facilitation and communication expertise to foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment in workflow design
Conducts workflow observation to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Executes change management strategies leveraging ADKAR methodologies to ensure smooth transitions.
Facilitates and identifies of resistance to change and develops strategies to address it.
Integrates organizational change management activities into project schedules to ensure smooth implementation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
