You'll collaborate with Product Managers, developers, designers, researchers, and business stakeholders to keep projects on track and deliver key milestones. You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment, with clear direction, established priorities, and the opportunity to contribute to the successful launch and development of innovative Trinity products. About you You're an experienced product leader who is comfortable stepping into an established environment and quickly getting up to speed. You enjoy bringing structure, clarity and focus to complex programmes of work, and you're confident managing multiple priorities while ensuring delivery remains on track. You can confidently follow an agreed roadmap, execute against established priorities, and build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. You'll bring: Significant experience managing and delivering digital products or product portfolios. Strong operational and delivery leadership skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design and commercial stakeholders. A solid understanding of product management, user research and agile delivery practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail. The ability to quickly understand existing priorities and deliver against agreed objectives. Experience within education technology, digital learning or AI-enabled products would be advantageous.
