About the Role We're looking for an Associate Product Manager for the core platform team who doesn't need a playbook handed to them. This isn't a role where you'll be told exactly what to do every day — you'll be expected to look at a problem, figure out what matters, and drive it to a decision or a shipped outcome. If you've built something before (a side project, a startup, a feature, anything with your fingerprints on it end-to-end) and you're comfortable making calls without waiting for permission, this is for you. You'll work closely with the product team across roadmap, execution, and customers. This is a hands-on, high-visibility seat, not a support role. What You'll Do Work directly with engineers and developers to get things scoped, unblocked, and shipped Help manage and prioritize the product roadmap Partner with the Product team on planning, translating strategy into a real, sequenced plan of action Write clear PRDs, user stories, and specs that engineering can pick up and run with Get in front of customers, understand their problems, not just their requests Join demo calls and speak credibly about the product Answer product questions from customers, partners, and internal teams Track feature performance and usage post-launch, and feed learnings back into the roadmap Run competitive research and stay on top of what's happening in the market Take on ambiguous, undefined problems and figure out how to move them forward A lot more that won't fit neatly into a bullet list — the role will grow with you What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience, as a product manager ideally with some exposure to product, tech, or startups Evidence you've built something — a project, a product, a business, a tool — where you owned the outcome, not just a task High agency. You don't wait to be told. You spot the gap and fill it. Product sense.
