Swades AI is a YC-backed AI lab building HealOS — a suite of AI agents that run the back office for US medical practices: AI scribe, receptionist, benefits verification, prior authorization, fax and referrals, and billing/RCM. We put real AI into daily use in US healthcare, and we move fast.

About the role

We are hiring a Product Manager to own the direction of our HealOS agents and drive one thing above all: product usage. Adoption is your north star. You will turn what US practices actually need into shipped product, then live in the data to prove it moved. This is a build-and-own seat, not a ticket-writing one.

What you will own

- The roadmap for one or more HealOS agents, with product usage and adoption as your primary metric

- Turning customer feedback (demos, calls, support) into a prioritized, shipped backlog

- The data: PostHog funnels, activation, retention and usage. You instrument what matters and act on it

- Crisp PRDs and specs, and shipping shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering

- Discovery with US medical practices: learning the real workflow (scheduling, benefits, prior auth, billing) and building for it

- Closing the loop between what we ship and whether people actually use it

What we are looking for

- 3-6 years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS (US-facing or healthcare a strong plus)

- Deeply analytics-driven: hands-on with product analytics (PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude), comfortable in the data yourself

- You have shipped real features end to end, from discovery to launch to adoption

- A sharp writer who can scope tightly and say no to the wrong things

- You thrive in fast, ambiguous, high-ownership work. From day one, nobody coasts here

- Bonus: healthcare, workflow, or AI product experience

Hours and location

Remote. Strong overlap with US Eastern hours (evening into night IST).
