Are you passionate about bringing structure, insight, and collaboration together to drive business impact on a global scale? As an Associate Product Manager at Novonesis, you will join a team of experienced Product Managers responsible for managing product portfolios that support customers and operations around the world. This role offers the opportunity to develop broad business knowledge while working across functions, regions, and cultures to ensure profitable, reliable, and compliant portfolio management.

You will be part of a highly collaborative Product Management organization where teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement are central to how we work. Together, the team drives lifecycle decisions, portfolio optimization, supply reliability, compliance, and long-term business success.

You will help ensure portfolio activities are completed efficiently while supporting commercial, operational, quality, and regulatory objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Product Managers, sales teams, key accounts, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights, resolve product-related challenges, and support portfolio priorities.
  • Serving as the primary contact for North American regional matters, including production-related cases, while ensuring visibility through Salesforce case management.
  • Coordinating defined Product Management Team activities and helping facilitate PMT meetings across multiple functions and regions.
  • Following up on actions and coordinating inputs from Supply & Planning, Product Support, Quality, Regulatory, Product Development & Application, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting with and occasionally leading PMT meetings, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and supporting continuous improvement of product management processes and ways of working.
  • Escalating risks, issues, and decisions outside the agreed mandate to the Product Manager or Head of Product Management when appropriate.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or another relevant technical or commercial discipline. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Typically 3-6 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with data.
  • Experience preparing business analyses, presentations, and follow-up materials.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Structured and dependable approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to build alignment and influence through facts, preparation, and follow-through.
  • Global mindset and ability to work effectively across cultures and matrix organizations.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

While not required, the following qualifications would be considered beneficial:

  • Experience gained through internships, graduate programs, or rotational assignments in relevant business functions.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management processes and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar business systems.
  • Curiosity for complex business challenges and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Experience working in global organizations with cross-functional teams.
