Responsibilities: Own day-to-day management of assigned Zoho One modules (CRM, Inventory, Desk), including configuration, workflow automation, and blueprint design Act as point of contact for internal stakeholder requests across Sales, Ops, and Merchandising, triaging tickets and translating them into clear requirements Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate scope/trade-offs Write and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and workflow documentation Query databases using SQL to validate data, generate reports, and support dashboard/BI needs Coordinate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT cycles together with the dev team Monitor module performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback Support broader Product initiatives (automation workflows, integrations) as needed Requirement & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, systems administration, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong internship/project experience may be considered) Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write intermediate to advanced queries Hands-on experience with Zoho One (CRM, Inventory, Deals, Books) or comparable CRM/ERP (Salesforce, hubspot, odoo) platforms strongly preferred Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into actionable product requirements Familiarity with agile/sprint methodologies and backlog management Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams independently Department Engineering & Product Development (EPD) Locations Indonesia Remote status Hybrid Employment type Full-time About Luxehouze At Luxehouze , we believe that values encompass a collection of positive elements that shape our beliefs.
