- Translate our marketing & industry-focused initiatives into actionable programs to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth.
- Oversee Service Cloud’s library of seller assets, performing quarterly audits to identify and fill gaps
- Draft and send compelling seller communications both via email and Slack
- Develop repeatable, scalable processes to better train sales teams, and drive always-on sales plays and programs.
- Where relevant, use AI to build internal tools and automate workflows that assist sellers at every stage of the deal cycle
- Coordinate live enablement sessions, both in-person and virtual
What does the ideal candidate look like?

- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic analytics and strategic planning
- Ability to craft and present compelling messaging that both motivates and educates sellers
- Ability to execute with limited guidance amidst multiple shifting priorities and goals.
- Marketing asset development including and succinct slide enablement decks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude to improve processes
- Experience working with direct distribution (sales) teams is a plus
- Ability to inspire optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!
