Summary
The Associate Program Coordinator will work within Marketing to focus on supporting D&H Marketing Programs in collaboration with the respective Program Manager. This role will be responsible to support day to day tasks of program deliverables, including event support, data support, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide support with program deliverable execution, coordinating with content development, and communications with internal contacts and/or vendor partners as relevant
- Maintain of deliverable calendar, inclusive of timelines/logistics to execute
- Support with Workfront Requests, as relevant
- Provide pre/post and onsite event support (on site and/or virtual)
- Provide support with annual program design and metrics to measure performance
- Management of vendor scorecards, vendor proof of participation (POP) reporting, return on investment (ROI) reporting
- Collaborate with associated departments on benchmark reports and manage internal reporting
- Assists with program billing reconciliation
- Management of online content site, as relevant
Requirements
Education
o Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
o 3+ years of Project Management/Coordinator experience
o Experience with project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
o Experience with change management, project risk mitigation, and issue management.
