Your Ideal Prior Experience:

We are looking for experienced recruiters who are interested in, or already specialise, in recruiting in financial markets, investment banking, asset management or private banking. This is a full 360 recruitment role, so involves all aspects of agency recruitment including: making cold and warm sales calls, building up a network of clients and candidates, telephone and face to face interviews, meeting clients, attending networking events, writing quality advertisements and occasional industry articles and placing contract and permanent placements on both a contingent and retained basis.

We are especially interested in hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work for our team in Hong Kong, who has prior contract & perm recruitment experience with financial markets clients in Hong Kong.

Prerequisites:

• University educated, or close to completion. We are interested in applicants who come from a notable high school background, and you have completed your degree at a recognised university

• Some prior understanding of financial markets, and ideally previous financial services work experience across our 3 coverage areas of Investment Banking, Asset Management and Wealth Management would be held in high regard

• Strong sales, client services and business development skills - or capacity to learn these skills

• Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with both clients & candidates over the phone, at coffee meetings and over an informal client lunch

• Importantly, you should have a strong desire to make money, enjoy a chat with clients & candidates and want to have fun at work!
