WHO THIS IS FOR

🐺 Native or fluent (C1+) German plus fluent English

🐺 Based in Berlin or relocating (hybrid, 3 days per week in office post-probation)

🐺 No recruitment experience needed - we'll train you from first principles, if you've got the right attitude

🐺 Comfortable making high-volume outbound contact by phone, email and DMs, daily, from day one

🐺 Coachable - you take feedback and visibly act on it
