Associate / Recruitment Consultant – Technology (180 Recruitment)

We’re looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll work remotely from Vietnam while collaborating closely with our Singapore consultants and Vietnam delivery team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with candidates, working in a fast-paced environment, and building a long-term career in recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the candidate recruitment process from sourcing and screening through to interview coordination and offer management.
• Source technology professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate qualification calls to understand their experience, career goals, availability, and salary expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Match suitable candidates to technology roles within the Singapore market.
• Coordinate interviews and provide candidates with timely updates and feedback.
• Work closely with the Singapore consulting team to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records.
• Develop your knowledge of the technology recruitment and contracting market.

Requirements

• Around 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
• Previous experience recruiting for technology or IT roles is required.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Confident communicating through calls, video meetings, email, and messaging platforms.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Good to Have

• Experience recruiting for contract positions.
• Experience supporting the Singapore recruitment market.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruitment databases.
• Experience working with candidates across different countries or markets.
