🚀 WE'RE HIRING | ASSOCIATE RESEARCHER (REMOTE COLOMBIA / HYBRID BOGOTÁ)

Do you have strong English communication skills and enjoy connecting with people?

We're looking for an Associate Researcher to support outreach efforts with healthcare professionals and help coordinate participation in research projects.

💡 What you'll do: ✅ Contact healthcare providers via phone and email

✅ Build engagement and encourage participation in research studies

✅ Schedule research interviews based on provider availability

✅ Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of outreach activities

✅ Collaborate with team members and participate in quality assurance discussions

✅ Deliver an excellent professional experience in every interaction

🎯 What we're looking for: ✔️ English C1 or higher (required)

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Confidence speaking with professionals by phone and email

✔️ Highly organized and proactive mindset

✔️ Experience in recruiting, customer success, stakeholder management, appointment setting, outreach, healthcare operations, or similar client-facing roles

✔️ Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, or Calendly is a plus

📍 Location: • Bogotá (Hybrid) • Other cities in Colombia (Remote)
