Job Description Supply & Demand Planning Support Assist in gathering and updating demand forecasts and supply plans in planning systems. Support planning teams in analyzing inventory levels, stock movements, and lead times. Help monitor order status and identify supply risks or backlogs. 2. Order Management Process customer orders in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and track order status. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Support in managing order changes, cancellations, or delivery delays. 3. After-Sales Service Coordination Handle customer queries related to product delivery, installation, warranty, and service requests. Coordinate with service teams or vendors for after-sales support like repairs, replacements, or maintenance. Track after-sales cases and ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. 4. Returns and Claims Processing Assist in managing return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes. Process claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with return policies. 5. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate records of planning metrics, customer interactions, returns, and service activities. Generate reports on order fulfillment, delivery performance, returns, and customer feedback. Support in KPI tracking (e.g., OTIF – On Time In Full, return rate, service resolution time). 6. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with procurement, logistics, production, and customer service teams. Support planners and after-sales managers in daily operations and escalations. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues. 7. System & Tool Usage Use planning and service management tools (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow). Enter and update order, inventory, and service data in ERP/CRM platforms. Support in the digitalization or automation of manual processes. 8. Compliance & Process Adherence Ensure adherence to company policies, service-level agreements, and regulatory requirements. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order processing, returns, and service activities.
