GENERAL TRACK POSITIONS | Step into a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with governments, global organisations, and private sector players to solve the world’s most pressing challenges - from labour and trade to climate and education. 1. Associate: (Experience - Entry Level - 1–2 years or strong internship experience) As an Associate at Whiteshield, you’ll contribute end-to-end: from diagnostic and modelling phases to strategy design and on-the-ground implementation. You’ll collaborate with a global team of policy advisors and economists, gain early exposure to senior decision-makers, and receive tailored training across public policy, data, and economic modelling. WHAT YOU'LL DO | Drive evidence-based strategies from analysis to implementation Work across sectors including education, labour, ESG, innovation, and trade Build analytical models and present your insights directly to policymakers Collaborate in diverse, international teams and accelerate your learning curve WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR | Analytical Thinkers You enjoy diving into data, drawing insights, and translating numbers into real-world strategy. Policy-Curious Minds You’re interested in how policy shapes economies, societies, and industries - and want to be part of that change. Strong Academic Foundation Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, public policy, data science, or a related field - plus a track record of excellence. 1–2 Years of Experience Whether in consulting, research, policy, or industry - you’ve already proven your ability to deliver. Senior Associate: (Experience - 2-3 years relevant experience) As a Senior Associate at Whiteshield , you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and public policy, shaping high-impact solutions for governments and global organisations. This is your opportunity to own complex workstreams, engage directly with senior policymakers, and drive insights into actionable strategies - all while mentoring junior colleagues and accelerating your leadership journey.
