Position Summary:

Program Start Date: June-July 2027 (Subject to change)

Location: This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Florham Park, NJ office location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.

Starting Salary: $43.00/hr

This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs

About this business area:

Basic software engineering experience across some, but not all, technical domains

Exposure to areas such as application development, front-end development, database or data engineering, CI/CD pipelines, automation scripting, cloud or infrastructure, web or app servers, image management, and AI or agentic automation. A strong willingness to learn and ask questions regularly. A collaborative team mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

• He will be part of compass scrum team and helps out development activities.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$35.66 - $71.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
