Job Description
Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs. Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications, such as materials management, financial management, HRIS, mobile apps or desktop applications products. Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java, React, and modern software development practices. You will work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and cross‑functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable applications. Exposure to AWS is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred).
Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.
Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features.
Perform unit testing and assist in debugging and issue resolution.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively participate in sprint ceremonies.
Learn and adopt cloud‑native and DevOps practices as part of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong fundamentals in Java and Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Hands‑on experience with React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and client‑server architecture.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
Knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices, or cloud‑based applications.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
Internship or project experience in full‑stack development.
Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with U.S. or global stakeholders.
Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, product engineering, operations, shared services, or customer-facing environments.
Excellent communication. Absolutely, essential to perform at maximum efficiency within the team.
Strong problem-solving, ownership, and execution mindset.
Experience in a fast-growing or scaling organization.
